Prior to his consulting career Paul has an extensive
background in Information Systems in both North America and
Europe. After graduating with a BSc in Computer Science and
a Masters degree in Systems Engineering Paul held senior management
positions with several major companies including General Electric
Information Services and President of a very successful digital
cable television network company operating in 40 hospitals
in the U.K.
Paul’s consulting now spans over a decade
of success working internationally with major financial, pharmaceutical
and advertising companies. His facilitation of change programs
and development of motivational training has won him acclaim
on both sides of the Atlantic. He has worked with all segments
of industry and all levels of Government.
The combination of his systems training and
background together with a natural propensity of understanding
people issues has led to Paul’s outstanding reputation
as a problem solver and change agent. Bringing clarity to
complex human resource and procedural issues has been the
cornerstone of Paul’s success.
Paul is always in demand as a keynote
speaker and trainer. He has been an Assistant Professor at
the University of British Columbia, a guest lecturer at the
Royal Chartered Institute of Marketing. Paul has published
a very successful book on Resource Allocation and co-authored
many academically critiqued policy papers on demand management.
